Launch accelerator · for first-time Amazon sellers

Your first product on Amazon. Without the $5,000 masterclass or the $4,000 agency.

Cratesignal is a lifesaver, not a masterclass — AI-guided product research, a vetted supplier network, and a small launch pod, so a complete beginner lands on a viable SKU in the first two weeks and ships a first product in the first quarter.

The Cratesignal mark

logo · since 2026

A clean crate. A small antenna. Signal waves rising from it. That is the whole brand — a freight container that started listening.

Free · this month's brief
One researched product idea a month, free. Landed cost, viability score, and a take-it-to-sourcing path.

Why now

The playbook that worked in 2022 doesn't work in 2025.

De minimis closure, FTC enforcement, and rising agency fees left a gap no $5k masterclass fills.

Aug 2025
Section 321 de minimis is done.
The old 'pick a cheap Shenzhen SKU, ship in unmarked polybags' path stopped working when the de minimis exemption closed for most cross-border parcels. Landed-cost models that ignore tariffs now miss the cheapest viable SKU by 20–40%.
Effective 2024
FTC Amazon Rule on fake reviews.
Reviews for compensation are now an FTC enforcement matter. Every listing on Cratesignal goes through a plain-English compliance check before launch — so you don't have to learn the rule by reading it in a take-down notice.
2024 → 2025
Agency retainers crossed $4k/mo.
Agency pricing climbed roughly 30–35% year over year as more would-be sellers hired out what used to be DIY. Cratesignal rebuilds the same workflow — research, sourcing, listing, PPC — at a one-time $1,499 flat, with weekly accountability built in.

What you actually get

Five capabilities that replace six logins.

Most first-timers juggle a research tool, a supplier portal, a compliance feed, a listing draft app, an ads console, and a spreadsheet. Cratesignal folds all of it into one dashboard with a small group of humans who keep you from drifting.

Capability · 01
AI-assisted product discovery.
Our discovery model is trained on category velocity, review velocity, and tariff-adjusted landed cost — so the first SKU you look at is the one a pro would've emailed you about.
Category velocity+12.4%  30-day
Review velocity+0.7% / day
Tariff-adjusted landed cost$4.10 / unit
Capability · 02
A vetted supplier network.
No scrolling Alibaba at 1am. Every supplier on Cratesignal has been visited, sampled, and paid-on-net-30 by a member of our sourcing team — and they know our minimum-order standards for first-timers.

A launch pod of five.
Every member is placed in a small pod with a mentor, a sourcing lead, and three peer sellers on the same launch date. Each week the pod gets a compliance brief — plain-English, dated, and signed off by the sourcing lead.

Two weeks from brief to first PO

How Cratesignal works.

Most "mentorship" programs start and stop at a Zoom call. Cratesignal is built so each step produces a tangible artefact: a SKU list, a sourced PO, a live listing.

  1. Brief — 20 minutes.
You fill out a 12-question brief: time budget, capital range, category interests, and what "launched" means to you. Your mentor reviews it within 24 hours.
  2. AI surfaces three viable SKUs.
Our discovery model returns three candidates ranked by category velocity, review velocity, and tariff-adjusted landed cost. You're not browsing 1,000 ideas — you're choosing from three.
  3. Sourcing lead negotiates.
Your sourcing lead opens a thread with two vetted factories, requests samples, and walks you through the cost stack. You approve the PO before any money moves.
  4. Pod ships the launch together.
Listings, PPC, brand-registry onboarding, and initial inventory planning happen in one place, with three peer sellers on the same launch date pacing you.

About the founders

Who's behind Cratesignal.

A short note from the team — who we are, what we've shipped, and why we built this.

Founders

Two operators, one spreadsheet problem.

We're a two-person launch pod that has shipped CPG brands for the last six years — first as operators inside a DTC studio, now as a small independent team building Cratesignal. We started Cratesignal because every brand we worked with was making the same sourcing decision in spreadsheets: copy-paste SKU rows, guess at landed costs, and pray the math held up at the container. We wanted a tool we'd actually want to use, so we built it.
